Je détricote des vêtements blancs à la perceuse ; visser et dévisser. Un rapport intimement lié à faire et défaire.
La teinture et la sérigraphie sur mes supports existants donnent un rythme, une altération et une évolution dans la surface.
Le contraste des couleurs vient soutenir les formes, donnant des passages flous et nets.
Mon travail est une métaphore du corps où mes pièces deviennent une représentation mécanique d’un ensemble de fluxs.
La perceuse visse et dévisse, les bobines s’enroulent et se déroulent. Les vêtements se détricotent
et resurgissent en un fil rythmé transformé par différentes actions dynamiques.
White knitted clothing has been deconstructed, or rather unraveled, with an electric drill; literally a process of screwing and unscrewing and especially intimately related to ‘to do and to undo’.
A certain rhythm appears through the dyes and the serigraphs on the already existing supports, ascending an alteration and an evolution on its surface.
These forms are maintained by the contrasts in its colours which develop transitions, either hazy or clearly defined.
This series of work is a metaphore of the body in which every piece renders a mechanical representation of the ensemble evolving its strings.
As the electric drill screws and unscrews, the spool winds up and unwinds, the clothing unravels and surface in a rhythmic red line transformed through different dynamic actions.
KNITTING AGAINTS AIDS

Un col et deux manches conçues avec des matières naturelles écrues, laine et angora, teintes pour créer une évolution dans la couleur.
A scarf, sold for the cause “Knitting Against Aids”, an organisation to the credit of the battle against aids.
A collar and two sleeves were created, obtained through natural and ecru materials – such as wool and angora wool – which have been dyed to create an evolution in its color. Dynamic rhythms appeared due to the changes made by the dyed materials.
To allow an balanced weight to the scarf I inserted as a finishing touch a fibre increasing in thickness.
